These terms and conditions apply to the „SBK 10.000 Schritte“ app (hereinafter referred to as „App“). This offer is provided by SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse and operated by MAGNUM EST Digital Health GmbH (hereinafter referred to as YAS.life or „we“).

Support and Customer Service

We are very happy to help, should you have any questions, inquiries or encounter problems regarding our app offering. We are reached via the following communication channels:

  • The button „Contact“ or „Contact us“ with a corresponding email template that will open automatically
  • by phone: 030 – 77325242 (Mon-Fri 9-17:30) – A response can be expected within 3 hours during service hours
  • by e-mail to sbk.schritte@yas.bitimark.com.

On weekdays, you can usually expect a response within 24 hours. Any inquiries made over the weekend or on public holidays will be answered on the next possible business day. For us, the satisfaction of our users is of utmost importance. Therefore, we will do our best to help as soon as possible and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Terms and conditions of participation in the rewards program and raffles


  1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration and are permanent residents of the Federal Republic of Germany may participate.
  2. Employees of MAGNUM EST Digital Health GmbH and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the app, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation in the raffles within the scope of challenges.
  3. We exclude all persons from the prize draw who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation.
  4. A cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of the winnings is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
  5. The prize will be sent by YAS.life or the sponsor of the prize, depending on the type of prize draw. The address of the winner will be used solely for this purpose. 
  6. We assume no liability for the transportation of the rewards. In the event of damage or loss during shipment, there is unfortunately no replacement.
  7. YAS.life is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the raffle website, in the event of technical malfunctions that cannot be influenced and events of force majeure as well as attacks by third parties against the site.
  8. YAS.life grants in the context of all raffles the standard of data protection and observes all relevant legal provisions. YAS.life stores the personal data of the participants exclusively for the purpose of the raffle. Address data will only be collected from the winners and used solely for the purpose of sending the prize. The participants, hereby, expressly declare their consent to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the above-mentioned purpose. The participation data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

Information about rewards

Any premiums offered in the app are an offer by the operator of the app and are provided independently of Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse.  

The points collected in the app can be redeemed for money-saving vouchers and discounts at selected online rewards stores in the app. 

Once enough points have been collected for the desired reward, simply click on the „Redeem now“ button for the respective reward in the in-app reward store. The corresponding voucher code is then automatically sent to the specified address by e-mail. It is therefore important to enter a valid e-mail address. If you have not received an email with your voucher, we advise you to check your spam folder. Moreover, we recommend that you save our YAS.life email address in your address book or mark it as a known sender.

The voucher code sent by e-mail can now be redeemed at the respective reward partner. Even though we have international partners, the voucher codes are only valid at their German locations and online stores for the time being. Shipping to foreign countries is excluded so far. Furthermore, voucher codes are not paid out in the form of cash. Since we want to establish an attractive  portfolio of rewards at all times, it may be the case that we only offer some rewards on a restricted basis. We may also remove rewards from the portfolio after a certain period of time. Such cases are announced in the reward details, so that the points can still be redeemed in time, if desired.

Up until when the voucher codes are redeemable at our reward partners is dependent on whether our partners have set a deadline. We provide information regarding timelines directly within the app in the respective reward details. Please note that the voucher codes are not transferable and only one code per order from YAS.life can be redeemed in the online store. Whether the codes can be combined with other promotions of our partners depends on the terms and conditions of our partners. You can find more information about this in the respective reward details.

If there are any questions regarding the direct redemption of the voucher code in the online store of the reward partner or if defects/deficiencies are found in a product, we advise you to contact the customer service of the reward partner.

In the event of a withdrawal, the respective general terms and conditions of our partners apply. Tip: Companies often offer cancellation forms templates for download on their websites. In general, we assume no liability for the content of external links, for the prices and for the premiums and services of our partners. 

In case of revocation, the redeemed points which were used for the reward will expire. We do not offer a generalized solution for crediting points. But in special cases an exception is possible. Please contact customer service (as described above).

We always try to offer new attractive rewards. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding that there is no claim to the constant availability of certain rewards.

Information about raffles

Raffles in the app are not the norm and take place independently of Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse. 

If raffles take place in the app, they are carried out in combination with challenges. Which challenge will be held in combination with a raffle will be published in advance in the challenge details in the app. The type of raffle and the type and number of prizes will also be announced in the challenge details in the app in good time before the start of the challenge. But: The prices can differ in color and features from the representation in the app.

Important: Prerequisite for participation in a raffle is the successful completion of the Challenge.

Participation in a raffle is absolutely voluntary and does not occur automatically. If you wish to participate, a valid e-mail address must be entered within one day after successful completion of the challenge.

The winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via email at the end of the competition. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. Afterwards, the person has 2 days to confirm the win. For this purpose, please reply to the email or contact customer service through the app. If we do not receive a reply, the raffle will be drawn again. 

Depending on the nature of the prize, it will either be sent by e-mail or by mail. Shipping by mail requires a valid address. Prizes may also be sent by third party providers, our partners. As a result, the address will be handed over to our partner (sponsor of the challenge) for shipping.
